    Healthy breakfast made easy

    I love that I can easily have a healthy breakfast low in sugar and high in protein. A variety of flavors so I don't get bored.

    great breakfast

    This Holos is fantastic.I have one every morning. I add yogurt and dried fruits to them. Although I have five jars now, don't need anymore jars.
