Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are the gift of the beautiful sunflower. They will take care of your hunger, while also being a rich source of protein, vitamins (B and E) and dietary minerals (magnesium, iron and zinc). They will also take care of your craving with its satisfying crunchy texture.

Sprouted brown rice protein

Brown rice protein is a key provider of proteins in a plant-based diet because it is equally effective to whey protein at boosting lean muscle mass and it has high digestibility and assimilation properties. The unique process of sprouting and fermenting the rice (and its husk) results in a massive increase in lysine and other essential and non-essential amino acids that makes its profile complete.

Probiotics (Bacillus coagulans)

There are trillions of bacteria in and on our bodies.     Pleased with my first purchase

    This product was suggested to me in a reel and, well, I was curious but I didn’t expect much to be honest. I’m actually really impressed! Delicious and way more natural than the instant oatmeal I would buy at the grocery store. I followed the package directions at first but then also made myself a stovetop blueberry sauce, so now when the oats are ready, I spoon a layer of plain Greek yoghurt overtop and add a final layer of blueberry sauce - it’s delicious!!

    Delicious and filling!

    I am not an oatmeal fan but I like holos. The flavors are delicious and its a quick and easy breakfast

    J'adore les produits holos. Ils sont délicieux et j'en veut encore plus. J'avais peur de ne pas aimer ça, alors, j'ai commandé quelques sortes , et je suis ravie . Vraiment un must a chaque jour.

    Meilleure manière de commencer la journée

    Depuis que j’ai commencé à manger des Holos je suis toujours rassasié le matin! Je peux aller à mes activités et travailler sans avoir besoin de manger un snacks en plein milieu de la matinée! J’adore le goût et super facile à faire! Puis même si j’oublie de préparer mon gruau le soir, je peux le faire le matin même et après seulement 1h, il devient super bon à manger! Bravo Holos!
