    Tasty Breakfast!

    We love HOLOS! We prepare these when we know we have an early morning or are going to be rushed. That's usually at least twice a week for my husband and I. We enjoy all of the flavours and we've tried them all ! Having an assortment keeps it exciting. They are filling as well as healthy. We have added soy milk and even some protein powder to boost up the protein level even higher. I love adding berries to mine too. I highly recommend trying HOLOS Muesli. Much better nutritional profile than any other product on the market that I have compared with, free of allergens for me and you can't beat the flavour! Try it, you'll be happy you did!
