How to use
1. Pour a pack into the reusable glass jar
2. Add milk (200ml). Less milk = Thicker. More milk = Creamier.
3. Shake, and soak overnight (for at least 6 hours)
Note: Enjoy as-is or mix in your favorite toppings.

I tried one of the packets from a relative and was so impressed I ordered a box for myself.
I am on the second order and I love them. There are so many flavours and they are all great.
This takes away the "what can I have for a healthy breakfast" especially if you are looking to cover your fiber intake.

I love this product! Holos is super easy to prep and with the nutritional profile it has, it makes a great meal. Sometimes I have it for breakfast and sometimes for lunch. I feel nutritionally satisfied and confident that I am putting something healthy in my body. Highly recommend!
