Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are the gift of the beautiful sunflower. They will take care of your hunger, while also being a rich source of protein, vitamins (B and E) and dietary minerals (magnesium, iron and zinc). They will also take care of your craving with its satisfying crunchy texture.

Sprouted brown rice protein

    Delicious way to get through the day

    I came across Holos on my socials, and after struggling to find good lunch options for my busy lecture days i signed up to try them. I typically have less than 15 mins to eat between my back-to-back 3 hour classes, and that means i need something easy to pack and shovel in my face, nutritious, and filling. Also, ideally not something that becomes stuck in my teeth. I am a vegan who is now dealing with allergies to nightshades too. Holos is so easy to make (it mixes well with alternative milks), the jar is convenient and cleans easy, and there's tons of great flavours including options without nightshades. Honestly, it's amazing how nightshades are in everything vegan and health food anymore (so many shakes colleagues recommended are full of them). Anyway, i am so happy i tried Holos and i now have great options not only for busy days but everyday.

    Absolutely Amazing!

    I absolutely love the taste and the energy that it gives you in the morning,, plus the sustainability of that energy throughout the day! Great product would love to see more flavour selection on the bars !

    A great solution for busy mornings

    It takes two minutes to prepare the day before, there is a good variety of flavors and above all it is very nutritious. I am not hungry until dinner and I have more energy to start my day!

    Absolutely obsessed with my Holos. I’m not a breakfast person, but this has changed the game. It satiates me while also satisfying my hunger and my protein goals and health goals. I’m so happy I made that first purchase because I am not going back!
