Rolled oats (gluten-free)

This morning classic is full of complex carbohydrates, which give your body long-lasting energy. It contains soluble beta-glucan fibre and resistant starch that help keep your blood sugar stable and act as prebiotics that support gut health.

Chia seeds

These tiny but powerful seeds bind together all the ingredients once soaked! Aztec warriors ate these omega 3 and fibre-rich seeds for high energy and endurance (chia means “strength” in the Mayan language).

Sunflower seeds

Sunflower seeds are the gift of the beautiful sunflower. They will take care of your hunger, while also being a rich source of protein, vitamins (B and E) and dietary minerals (magnesium, iron and zinc). They will also take care of your craving with its satisfying crunchy texture.

Sprouted brown rice protein

Brown rice protein is a key plant-based protein, as effective as whey for muscle growth, with high digestibility. Sprouting and fermenting the rice and husk boost lysine and other amino acids, making its profile complete.

Probiotics (Bacillus coagulans)

Trillions of bacteria live in and on our bodies. Like many strains, our probiotic helps maintain a healthy gut balance, supporting nutrient absorption and immunity. Its resistance to heat and stomach acid makes it unique. You won’t taste it, but you’ll feel the difference.

Raisins

Grapes are one of the oldest and most common fruits in the world. We meticulously selected sultana raisins, one of the most sought-after types because of their golden flesh and sweet, tart taste. Date powder

With its naturally sweet taste, it's an excellent choice to replace refined sugar. In addition, date powder stands out for its high antioxidant content compared to other sugars.

Lucuma powder

Best Ever
The ingredients and the convenience and the fast delivery. Also the great assortment of all of the flavours aand you get to choose which one you want the night before. No fuss in the morning ad I work and it’s great I’ve got my husband hooked on it so guess what we will be ordering more it’s all good love it ,love the product and I love that it’s Canadian too. That’s really important.
