My life has activities and events where the stake are high and I need a dependable source of protein. Once a wk I volunteer and deliver food to people in our community who don't have access to food. Sometimes my route is a 3 hr bike ride and I 100% depend on these bars during or after my ride. Thanks Holos for making such a great product that can allows me to do good for the community.
