    Holos Bar

    This is the best post exercise bar I have ever tried. It’s packed with flavour, nutrition and protein. The bar works so well post run and also is a really great addition to my golf game as the nutrition is long lasting and healthy. Highly recommend trying the Holos bar as your go to recovery bar.
