Fantastic! I have been eating HOLOS overnight oats for about a year now pretty consistently and this is the first time I ordered a box of bars and it’s a bowl of oatmeal on the go. It’s awesome for my busy mornings when I have to just get up and run out the door. Also, great for when I have an evening run planned and I don’t wanna eat a heavy meal, but I need some slow burn fuel before my long run.
