Who can enter

1. To be eligible to participate in this Contest, entrants must be legal residents of Canada and have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

2. Employees of HOLOS Foods Inc., their affiliated companies, and advertising and promotion agencies and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.

How to enter

1. Enter online:

   • No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Each eligible order placed during the Contest Period will receive one (1) entry into the Contest. Participants who choose to enter without making a purchase may submit one (1) entry by sending an email that complies with the Contest requirements to the designated contest email address during the Contest Period. Any additional entries submitted through the no-purchase method will be void and may be disqualified at the sole discretion of HOLOS Foods Inc.

   • For the purposes of this Contest, an “eligible order” means any order that is successfully completed and paid in full during the Contest Period and that is not cancelled, refunded, or subject to a chargeback.

   • To enter, either complete a purchase between 7:00 AM EDT on July 13, 2026, and 7:00 AM EDT on July 14, 2026, or send an email with your full name and province to contest@liveholos.com containing at least 10 lines explaining why you enjoy HOLOS products.

Contest details

1. The contest starts on July 13, 2026 at 7:00 a.m. EDT and all entries must be received by HOLOS Foods Inc. by 7:00 a.m. EDT on July 14 2026. HOLOS Foods Inc. is not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, server unavailability, computer or any other electronic malfunction.

2. On July 15, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. EDT, in Québec (QC), one (1) winner will be selected by random drawing from among valid entries. Remaining valid entries will not carry over to any next drawing.

The prize

1. One (1) winner will be selected. The winner will receive either a refund of the full value of their eligible order, up to a maximum of CAD $250, if a qualifying purchase was made during the Contest Period, or a CAD $65 gift card. If the winner made a qualifying purchase during the Contest Period, they may choose between the refund (up to CAD $250) and the CAD $65 gift card. If the winner did not make a qualifying purchase and entered the Contest through the no-purchase method by sending an email to the designated contest email address containing a minimum of ten (10) lines explaining why they love HOLOS during the Contest Period, the prize will consist of a CAD $65 gift card. Any refund awarded as a prize will be issued to the original method of payment used for the qualifying purchase and will not exceed CAD $250. 

2. The winner will be notified by email. Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide his/her correct name, address and telephone number to HOLOS Foods Inc. at the time of notification. Each winner must show picture identification to claim prize. HOLOS Foods Inc. reserves the right to examine additional identification and may choose to accept or deny awarding the prize based on the identification presented.

3. To claim the prize, the winner will need to answer a mathematical skill-testing question.

4. If a winner doesn’t respond within 7 days, or does not timely return any identification or documentation needed, then the prize will be forfeited, and the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner randomly selected from among remaining valid entries.

5. There will be no substitutions or cash alternatives for any prize except at the sole discretion of HOLOS Foods Inc. HOLOS Foods Inc. reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value. No transfer or assignment of prizes is allowed.

6. In claiming your prize, you acknowledge that HOLOS Foods inc has the right to publicize your name, character, likeness, photograph, voice and the fact that you are the winner for promotional purposes without financial remuneration.

Privacy clause

1. Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest, winner verification, prize fulfillment, and as otherwise permitted by law. Such information will be handled in accordance with HOLOS Foods Inc.'s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy legislation.

Odds of winning / Miscellaneous

1. Odds of winning depend on the number of valid entries received.

3. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, territorial and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited. HOLOS Foods Inc. accept no responsibility or liability in connection with any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by or resulting from acceptance, possession or use of any prize awarded hereunder.

4. HOLOS Foods Inc. cannot be held liable for any lost or stolen entries, prizes, or contest information. HOLOS Foods Inc. is not responsible for any computer or electronic malfunction, server unavailability, technological glitch, or human error relating to this contest and/or the use of short-code.

5. HOLOS Foods Inc. reserves the right to make rules and contest changes, and change the aforementioned contest dates.

6. By entering this contest, each entrant waives any and all claims of liability against HOLOS Foods inc, and their respective parents, affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents, for any and all claims, loss, damage or injury which may occur as a result of entrant’s participation in this contest.
   
   HOLOS Foods Inc. reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Contest if circumstances beyond its reasonable control affect the administration of the Contest.
   
   HOLOS Foods Inc. reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, submits false information, or engages in fraudulent conduct.
