Eligibility

To be eligible for the contest, participants must:

Be residents of Canada (except where prohibited by law).

Have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.

Employees of HOLOS Foods Inc., Evive Inc., their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, as well as members of their immediate family are not eligible. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

How to Enter

No purchase is necessary to enter.

Participants must visit the page https://www.liveholos.com/pages/lp-concours-evive-holos, fill out the form, and provide their name and email address. Only one entry per person is allowed.

Contest Details

The contest begins on January 6, 2025, at 10:00 AM (EST) and ends on January 20, 2025, at 11:59 PM (EST). HOLOS Foods Inc. and Evive Inc. are not responsible for lost, late, or misdirected entries, nor for technical or computer malfunctions.

On January 21, 2025, one (1) winner will be selected by random draw from all eligible entries received.

Prize

The winner(1) will receive:

• $650 CAD in a HOLOS Foods Inc. gift card.
• $650 CAD in an Evive Inc. gift card.

Approximate total prize value: $1,300 CAD.

Terms

The winner will be notified by email on January 21, 2025.

Before claiming the prize, the winner must provide their personal information (name, address, and phone number).

The winner must correctly answer a skill-testing question to be declared eligible.

If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new random draw will be conducted from the remaining eligible entries.

No substitution or transfer of the prize is allowed, except at the sole discretion of the organizers.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the contest period.

Miscellaneous

1. By entering, participants agree that HOLOS Foods Inc. and Evive Inc. may publish their name, photo, and/or any other relevant information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

2. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

3. HOLOS Foods Inc. and Evive Inc. are not responsible for technical or human errors related to the contest.

4. HOLOS Foods Inc. and Evive Inc. reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest if unforeseen circumstances require it.

5. In Quebec, a dispute as to the organization or conduct of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des Alcools, des courses et des Jeux. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement.
