    Besoin d'énergie?

    J'adore le muesli! Ça me soutient tout l'avant-midi sans que j'aie une baisse d'énergie ni un besoin de manger.

    Best breakfast cereal

    My Dr. Reviewed the ingredients on one of the packages and was pleased with the,ingredients. He said the amount of protein was amazing. I am 87 years old and have a lot of energy after having this in the morning, compared to other cereals that I have when I run out of my Holos. Sometimes I only eat 1/2 jar per day, but on the days I do yoga I eat a full jar. No lunch then as I am not hungry.
